St Andrews Pipe Band of Cheltenham

Page updated 24th May 2018.

The St Andrews Pipe Band of Cheltenham was formed in 1983 with the primary objective of bringing together like-minded pipers and drummers to play in a pipe band.

The Band is dedicated to the preservation of the traditional Scottish skills of piping and drumming in and around CHELTENHAM and GLOUCESTERSHIRE.

The whole Band may be booked for carnivals, fetes, parades, weddings, and surprise parties. However, for the more select small formal occasions, individual pipers or small sections of the Band may also be engaged.

The Band enjoys not only the annual traditional Scottish engagements, but also many other regular invitations from a wide range of enthusiastic clients.

Applications from all experienced pipers and drummers are always welcome. Anyone wishing to have tuition in either of the Scottish skills of piping or drumming is also very welcome.

We encourage you to contact our Band Secretary or Pipe Major for more information on the contact page.
